We are excited to offer Basic Adult Leader Outdoor Orientation (BALOO) and Introduction to Outdoor Leader Skills (IOLS) training together! This is a fantastic opportunity for leaders to gain essential outdoor skills and knowledge. BALOO is required to be able to take your Pack camping. IOLS is mandatory for all Scoutmasters.
Event Highlights:
This comprehensive training event will cover various topics, including camping safety, outdoor ethics, fire building, cooking, navigation, and more. Whether you're a Cub Scout leader looking to enhance your camping skills with BALOO or a Scouts BSA leader aiming to master outdoor leadership with IOLS, we have you covered. This year we are offering an exciting opportunity by allowing you to camp on the upper ridge at Camp Osborn while training is being conducted in 'Cub World'. This will provide greater opportunity for parents to complete the course.

We understand the importance of family, which is why units are welcome to camp at Camp Osborn. This allows parents to participate in the training while their kids enjoy various activities, ensuring a fun and engaging experience for everyone.
