This event will be held at the Dining Hall.

The event will include:

  • Potluck Dinner
  • Recognition of new Ordeal, Brotherhood, and Vigil Members
  • Installation of new Lodge Officers (LEC)
  • Camaraderie, fellowship, and games
    • White Elephant gift exchange for youth members
    • Bring a wrapped gift valued at $20–$25
  • Participation is voluntary—only those who bring a gift will participate
  • Discussion of next year's schedule and key upcoming events
  • Discussion of the Inaugural OA Trek at Philmont (Summer 2026)
  • Trading Post
  • Patch/Silent Auction (if donations were made)
