Calling all unit Leaders, Popcorn Kernels, and Membership Chairs—this is your launchpad for the 2026–2027 Scouting season. Join us for an evening of planning, training, and collaboration as we prepare for the year ahead.

What’s New This Year

To ensure every unit is fully equipped, each pack is required to send two individuals, one to each of the following breakout sessions:

• Popcorn Sales Strategy
  For Popcorn Kernels. Learn about sales tools, logistics, and incentives.

• Program Preview
  For unit Leaders. Look at the next 18 months of council and district events.

• Your questions and ideas!
